KEY FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Medicated with Bovatec: Research has shown Bovatec to increase daily gains of pasture cattle. Daily gain increase of 0.2 lb is typical.
- Designed to be self-fed: Labor needs and expenses can be reduced. Yet, products will still be consumed daily by cattle. Self-feeders can be moved as needed to alter or optimize grazing distribution patterns.
- Typical free choice intake is 0.5 to 1.0% of body weight.
- Low salt content: Corrosion of feeders will be reduced (life of equipment is lengthened). Allows more room for nutrient dense ingredients. More energy, protein and nutrition in every bite.
- Most of energy is provided by ingredients, which contain high amount of energy but low starch content (soybean hulls, wheat midds, corn gluten feed and rice bran).
- Energy provided by "digestible fiber" as opposed to starch does not reduce forage digestion or utilization like grain based supplements can.
